First Aid Services

RescueCPR specializes in administering Basic Life Support and/or Advanced First Aid for public and private events. Our professional team of First Aid Attendants, First Responders and Emergency Medical Responders can provide on-scene treatment to injured participants. Well-trained and well-equipped you can count on RescueCPR to deliver exceptional care and comfort until emergency medical services arrive. We do not replace EMS/911. We assess and manage emergencies and decide the next course of action depending on the medical emergency.

Why do you need RescueCPR First Aid coverage at your event?

Organizations will need some form of emergency or first-aid services as part of a proactive risk management program. Any organization that develops or sponsors an event, which hosts a large gathering of people, is automatically at risk to the possibility of an accident or medical emergency.

When a medical emergency occurs, timing can make the difference between life and death. No matter where you are geographically, local EMS services generally cannot respond fast enough to save someone from a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). With less than 5% of victims surviving an SCA ordeal, studies show that the first 5-10 minutes are critical to survival. Thus, having RescueCPR first-aider’s on-site can and does save lives.

We provide the following value added services.

Our stationary first aid units can be placed throughout the entire event/walk/run. This provides maximum coverage for potential injured participants. If you are organizing a walk/run, it is recommended to place a stationary first aid unit near the finish line as the walkers/runners finish.

Our mobile bike units can follow walkers/runners providing first aid services to injured participants along the route and can communicate with event co-ordinators keeping everyone informed and if necessary activate EMS/911.
